Errors

We expend considerable effort to make sure that information contained on this website is accurate. In the event that there is any error on our website, in the case of advertising our liability is limited to the cost of the ad from the time of the discovery of the error. We are not responsible for the inaccuracy of advertising copy submitted to us and subsequently displayed on our website.

3. Kehilla Pages Inc. retains the exclusive right to determine the way in which any and all search results for specific information by keyword or topic are displayed on the Site. We may display search results based on monetary incentives provided by advertisers.

5. Kehilla Pages Inc. reserves the right to refuse any ad at our sole discretion. No reason need be given. We may refuse to post an ad of any type appearing on any of our pages. This includes refusing an ad in any free section, such as but not limited to “Free Classifieds”, or even in cases where advertisers would be using “free advertising credits”.
6. Kehilla Pages Inc. reserves the right to reject, cancel, or remove any advertising from our Site for any reason at our sole discretion, at any time. No advance notice need be given by Kehilla Pages Inc.
7. Ads that have been rejected or refused will simply not appear, even if they have been paid for. If they have been paid for, the monies paid will be refunded.
8. Ads that are cancelled or removed that have already been running and have been paid for, will have their charges refunded on a pro-rata basis for the ads that haven't appeared yet.
9. Kehilla Pages Inc. will not be held liable for the consequences of ads being refused, rejected, cancelled or removed. Kehilla Pages Inc. liability to any given advertiser is limited to the cost of the ads of that advertiser on our Site, to the extent that the advertiser or his representative or agent who paid for the ads will be refunded monies paid to Kehilla Pages Inc. for the ads that did not appear due to such refusal, rejection, cancellation or removal.
10. It is the responsibility of the advertiser to comply with all applicable domestic and foreign laws and regulations. If Kehilla Pages Inc. becomes aware of any breach or potential breach of any applicable law or regulation, or of this Policy, we may remove the advertising at any time without notice.
11. No advertising shall be permitted that may injure the good name or reputation of Kehilla Pages Inc. or its advertisers.
